Dermal Fillers in Naperville, IL
Restore lost volume, plump lips, smooth lines, and sculpt facial contours with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. Immediate, natural-looking results by experienced injectors at our Naperville clinic.
What Are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers are injectable gels, most commonly made of hyaluronic acid (HA), a hydrating molecule your body already produces naturally. Leading brands like Juvederm and Restylane are used to add volume beneath the skin, replacing the fullness and structure we gradually lose with age.
Fillers physically restore volume where it's faded. They smooth static lines (nasolabial folds and marionette lines), plump and define the lips, restore cheek and mid-face volume, contour the jawline and chin, and soften under-eye hollows. Because they add volume directly, results are visible immediately, and depending on the product and area, they last anywhere from 6 to 18 months.
At Naperville Health & Wellness, our experienced injectors design filler treatment plans around your unique facial anatomy for balanced, natural-looking results. Dermal fillers pair beautifully with our aesthetic treatments and Sinclair V30 skin rejuvenation for a complete non-surgical refresh.
Dermal Filler Treatments We Offer
From plumping lips to restoring cheek volume and sculpting the jawline, our filler menu covers every area of facial volume and contour.
Lip Fillers
Add natural-looking volume, improve symmetry, and define the lip borders with hyaluronic acid filler. From a subtle enhancement to a fuller pout, tailored to your goals.
Cheek Fillers
Restore lost mid-face volume and lift the cheeks for a refreshed, youthful contour. Added structure here also helps soften the smile lines below.
Jawline & Chin Filler
Define and sculpt the jawline and chin for a sharper, more balanced profile. A non-surgical way to add structure and contour. Results last 12-18 months.
Under-Eye (Tear Trough)
Soften dark hollows and under-eye shadows with delicately placed filler. This advanced-technique area smooths the transition between the lower lid and cheek.
Smile & Marionette Lines
Smooth the nasolabial folds (nose-to-mouth lines) and marionette lines with hyaluronic acid filler for a softer, well-rested look.
SkinVive Skin Booster
A hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable that improves skin smoothness and deep hydration across the cheeks for a lit-from-within glow. Results build over about a month and last up to 6 months.

A non-surgical approach to restoring volume and contour, with results you can see right away.
Immediate Results
Dermal fillers add volume you can see the moment they're placed. You'll leave your appointment already looking refreshed, with the final result settling over a week or two.
Natural-Looking Volume
Our injectors use a conservative, layered technique so results enhance your features and balance your face, never overfilled or 'done.'
Non-Surgical
No incisions, no anaesthesia, no scarring. Fillers are a minimally invasive, in-office treatment with no surgical risk and no lengthy recovery.
Reversible
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if an adjustment is ever needed, an added layer of safety and peace of mind.
Minimal Downtime
Return to your day right away. Mild swelling or bruising can occur but is usually easy to conceal and settles within a few days.
Fully Customizable
Every face is unique. We tailor product choice and placement to your anatomy and goals, from a subtle refresh to full facial balancing.
How Dermal Fillers Work
A volumizing treatment that restores lost fullness and sculpts facial contours, with results you can see the same day.
Dermal fillers work by restoring and adding volume beneath the skin. Most of the fillers we use at our Naperville clinic, including Juvederm® and Restylane®, are made from hyaluronic acid (HA), a hydrating molecule your body produces naturally. As we age, we lose facial volume and collagen; fillers replace that lost structure to smooth static lines, plump and define the lips, restore cheek and mid-face volume, contour the jawline, and soften under-eye hollows.
Because fillers physically add volume, results are visible immediately. HA fillers are also reversible: in the rare event an adjustment is needed, they can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase, an added layer of safety and peace of mind.
The Dermal Filler Treatment Process
Consultation & Facial Volume Analysis
At our Naperville clinic, we assess where you've lost volume or definition and talk through your goals, whether that's fuller lips, lifted cheeks, softer under-eye hollows, or a sharper jawline. Together we select the right filler for each area of your face.
Product Selection & Mapping
Different fillers have different thicknesses and are engineered for different areas, soft gels for lips, firmer gels for cheeks and jawline. Your injector maps your treatment for balanced, proportionate results tailored to your anatomy.
The Injection Session (30-45 min)
Most hyaluronic acid fillers contain lidocaine for comfort, and we may apply topical numbing or use a blunt-tipped cannula in delicate areas. You'll watch volume take shape in real time as we sculpt and refine each area.
Immediate Results & Aftercare
Your results are visible right away, though mild swelling can make them look fuller at first. We'll walk you through aftercare and, for most areas, see you at a follow-up to confirm you love your final look.
Ideal Candidates for Fillers
• Adults with static lines that remain at rest, such as nasolabial folds or marionette lines
• Anyone wanting fuller or more defined lips, restored cheek volume, a contoured jawline, or softer under-eye hollows
• Patients noticing age-related volume loss who want a natural, non-surgical lift
• Those who prefer immediate, and reversible, results (HA fillers can be dissolved if ever needed)
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with active skin infections or certain allergies, reviewed at your consultation
What to Expect from Fillers
• Onset: immediate volume you can see right away
• Settling: your final result appears once any swelling subsides, usually within 1-2 weeks
• Duration: 6-18 months depending on product and area, roughly 6-12 months for lips and 12-18 months for cheeks and jawline
• The look: natural-looking volume and contour, with reversible results and easy maintenance touch-ups

Dermal Fillers: Before & After Care
What to do before, how to care for your results after, and what to realistically expect from fillers at our Naperville clinic.
Before Your Fillers
• With your doctor's ok, avoid blood thinners and supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for about 1 week to minimize bruising
• No alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment
• Schedule fillers at least 2 weeks before or after any dental work
• If you're prone to cold sores and having lip filler, tell us so we can pre-treat; avoid fillers with an active cold sore or skin infection
• Planning around an event? Allow about 2 weeks for any swelling or bruising to fully settle
After Your Fillers
• Expect some swelling, tenderness, or bruising, most noticeable in the first 24-72 hours, especially with lip filler
• Gently apply a cold compress to ease swelling and sleep slightly elevated the first night
• Avoid strenuous exercise, heat (saunas, hot yoga), and alcohol for 24-48 hours
• Don't press, massage, or manipulate the area unless we instruct you to
• Stay hydrated and avoid dental cleanings and facials for about 2 weeks
Filler Results & Timeline
• Onset: immediate volume you can see right away
• Settling: final result once swelling subsides, usually within 1-2 weeks
• Duration: 6-18 months, roughly 6-12 months for lips and 12-18 months for cheeks and jawline
• Reversible: HA fillers can be dissolved if an adjustment is ever needed
Possible Filler Side Effects
• Swelling, bruising, redness, or tenderness at the injection sites
• Temporary lumps or firmness that typically smooth out as the filler settles
• Cold-sore flare-ups are possible with lip filler in those prone to them
• Rarely, an allergic reaction or, very rarely, a vascular complication, which is why choosing an experienced, licensed injector matters
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain allergies or active infections
