Product Returns

All product sales are final.
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any supplements, wellness products, or medical devices. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Service Cancellations & Refunds

  • Consultations and Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in no refund or a partial charge.

  • Packages or prepaid services (e.g., weight loss programs, Invisa-Red, ozone therapy) are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

  • Any exceptions will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of clinic management.

Memberships & Promotions

  • Membership fees and promotional packages are non-refundable once activated or partially used.

  • Please contact us if you have concerns before purchasing a package.
